I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic being right on the beach, I found the cleanliness of the room and common areas left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed unfazed by our complaints, which really didn't help either. Overall, it feels like a place that could use some serious upgrades to live up to its potential.

My recent stay at The Palace Resort was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic with easy beach access and stunning views, but I faced issues with the unexpected extra charges which left a sour taste. The amenities, especially the pools and dining options, were decent but could use some improvements, especially in terms of service consistency. Overall, while it has its perks, my experience was dragged down by the lack of responsiveness from the staff regarding billing concerns.

Staying at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach was a delightful experience, especially for family vacations. The rooms were generally spacious with stunning ocean views, though some updates are needed. The breakfast was an excellent perk, with a vast selection at a reasonable price. The pool area and easy beach access were definite highlights. However, a couple of service hiccups and room maintenance issues gave a few frustrating moments during our stay.
