Palace Resort, Myrtle Beach

I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic being right on the beach, I found the cleanliness of the room and common areas left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed unfazed by our complaints, which really didn't help either. Overall, it feels like a place that could use some serious upgrades to live up to its potential.

My recent stay at The Palace Resort was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic with easy beach access and stunning views, but I faced issues with the unexpected extra charges which left a sour taste. The amenities, especially the pools and dining options, were decent but could use some improvements, especially in terms of service consistency.
